I was just made aware (hat tip to Peter MIller) about an excellent blog post with some very good ground rules for evaluating big stories that are just in the process of breaking. Considering how bad the mainstream media has gotten generally, it’s a good idea to develop some street smarts about this sort of thing. The link to the blog is here.
